Description

Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and Violation processing center (VPC) • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development • Responsible for strategic direction, planning, implementation, running of the organization’s IS functions, • Analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations; determine scope and priorities of project and system capacity and equipment acquisitions. • Provide support to key users in the selection, procurement, usage and maintenance of software programs and hardware to ensure that their needs are met. • Review and establish corporate IS policies and standards to ensure compliance to world-class standards. • Manage and implement IS projects; ensure that the organization’s strategic goals and business objectives are achieved.
